I do see the taxes and surcharge amounts, but the Airfare only shows ("BULK USD"). I.e. there are no numbers.

No changes in my booking process. Our internal travel department made the reservation as usual, but this is the first time the receipt does not show the cost. Is this typical?

I am interested in capturing the cost for spend tracking. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, and thanks.
I had that happen quite a bit last year on flights booked through my corp travel dept on certain fares (C,D,J). The main drawback was that if I wanted to change flights I had to go back through my corp travel dept instead of just making a change myself on UA.com or by phone with UA.
