I forget what GH offers for SNA's but I have gotten a suite there only once in probably 6-7 stays. Tough however I didnt apply SNA's to them either. Great property with a lounge that I think is at the top of the SPG system worldwide.
I have stayed here probably 5-6 times and am 100% on suite upgrades from the base room type, even once got a Tower 2 suite even thought i booked a Tower 1 base room.
