plane change from 3-class to 2-class; what to do about upgrade w/ miles request?
Hi all,

My domestic 3-class plane was changed to a 2-class plane (763>752). Problem is my fare is P (I bought E ticket, then paid with cash for P upgrade), and I then requested an upgrade to F using miles. This is for 3 tickets. So I have 45000 RDM tied up for an upgrade that no longer exists.

What do I do to get the 45000 RDM back into my account? My account currently only has 37000 RDM.

On a silver lining, the new plane is a 752 international with BF lie-flat seat. Hopefully this will not change. It is the SFO/ORD route.
