Unless your flying out first thing the in the morning, I would say you better off just taking the bus to town. They run 24/7 (about every 20-30minutes at Night), they stop outside or near by many cbd hotels. The run into town will only take 30minutes and you will get a better hotel and better deal.
Second that, or a cab (especially if there are 2+ of you). If taking the airport bus make sure the hotel you book is on or near Queen Street (there are some that are a few blocks further away).
