From the name of it, it could be a conversion of Hotel Mons...which is not a bad hotel at all, if you are fine with being on the side of the motorway, 10mins by car from the center....
Anyway...it was time for some international chain to come back to Lubiana...so many point accrual opportunities wasted in this city during all these years...
