You probably have a good chance. On the 14th, BA11 is quite open in Club, and BA15 in First. There was a pattern in December of flights appearing about 7-10 days out, and maybe the recent changes just reflects a busy start to January?

Are you restricted to BA, on a 241? If not there is availability on CX which is more miles and indirect, but less cash.

You could also hop down to somewhere like ZRH, then take QR for less miles and less cash (APD saving).
