Sorry if you take away the "wardrobe" from BA F (given CX take your jacket that is not a big leap), there us better storage around the CX J seat although 4a and 4k on the 777 has a nice shelf over your shoulder.

IME there is no real need to 'store' anything in BA F though, everything fits nicely within the confines of the seat or in the case of shoes/ bag under the buddy seat.

That said I don't use a large (above netbook size) laptop, I can't think of anywhere handy to place that safely, even CW has a better spot for that.
