Well first thing you need to know is that Frontier has a very strict rule that you must have a boarding pass in hand as well as any checked bags processed 45 minutes before flight time. . Parking shouldn't be an issue. The are 2 separate parkinh area that are deprecate . If you can find a parking space that is advisable , just exit out (no charge for 10-15 minutes ) and enter the other one which should have spaces. Check-in can take 10-20 minutes (probably not for you as there is no other 6am flight) . I'd say be there by 430 . If you don't have any bags to check and will have a boarding pass from home you could maybe do 500. Not sure if the Resturant will be open but there is a 7-11 a 1/4 mile south of the airport entrence on bear tavern road (I-95 exit 2). Don't forget parking is now $9 a day.
