I recently had a daytime stay at the Hyatt and decided to take the bus (#7A). The advantage was no transfer (it goes directly from the MIA Metrorail Station to downtown, a few blocks away from the Hyatt), but it sounds like the MetroRail+MetroMover is a better option.
