It is pretty difficult to justify a silver guest list holder getting privileges and benefits which are not given to a GCH - the extra guesting passes would be one such example.

I think the problem is if you have a SGL why not a Bronze Guest List, or a "gold but not quite a GGL guest list". There would actually be more logic for a tier between GCH and GGL since the tier point gap is very large when compared to the gap between SCH and GCH.
