Surely that level already exists and is called Gold? Silver is already a very feature loaded mid tier level and the step to Gold is only 900TP - 3 CW round trips and a CE return or 6 WT+ round trips. Not much to ask for a frequent flyer.

Perhaps more incentives at Gold might be the answer?
