I just checked yyz-cdg-yyz in april and here are the results:
1. No priority awards
2. Available seats for 2 are mix of economy and business, and, yes you guessed it right the TATL is in Y
3. 180,000 points on classic awards and 286,000 on market fare but in that case it is all J

In effect they have raised the AP mileage requirement(an enhancement) without having to say so. IMO
