CX may offer Limo services from certain countries if you have a contract with them for a sufficient amount of $$. But I believe it is limited to countries they don't fly to.
Example Belgium, I used to have a limo transfer from CDG to my home in Brussels as part of the J tickets I was buying to them.
Kind of replace the train between CDG and Brussels.
I find this very hard to believe as the cost of the limo against a J ticket would wipe out the profit so what would be the point of arranging this.
