I don't think that your thermals will set off an alarm. It will be cold when you arrive in Berlin, but I think that rugging up like this in Singapore is overkill. Why not change on the flight between Helsinki and Berlin, shortly before you land? You won't be cold in the airport in Helsinki and it might make you uncomfortable on the long flight from SIN to HEL then to TXL to have all those clothes on.
In Singapore there's lots you can do at the airport so I think it would be a good idea to rest for a little while in your hotel then go and explore the airport. Last time I was there I found a really good restaurant that served delicious noodles, it was good to sit there and watch people and enjoy the meal. Drink lots of water or soft drinks when you're in transit and on the plane, don't drink too much alcohol as the trip is long and you might end up with a hangover while you're still traveling. Bottled water is best even though the tap water in SIN is safe, it's still different to what you are used to so it might make you feel a bit off if you drink too much. That's true of drinking water anywhere in the world even where it's perfectly safe water.
Obviously, resting in the hotel isn't at all like sitting on the plane. You can move around and your space isn't limited like it is on the aircraft. Have a comfortable nap so that you're refreshed for the rest of your trip. I'm lucky with my upcoming trip to Paris via Bangkok, I arrive in BKK in the late afternoon and don't depart until about 9am the next morning so I will get a proper night's sleep. What time do you arrive? You might have time to take a quick trip into Singapore itself if it's in the daytime and you're not too tired.
When are you leaving? Some of us feel almost as though we are joining you on this trip and might like to raise a glass of champagne or light a candle in your honour on the day of your departure.
