Are you looking to redeem miles?

If not, best service would probably be Singapore Airlines. They fly LAX-NRT.

ANA is another great choice, and offers you more flexibility on your connection from Bogota since they fly from LAX, SFO, SEA, ORD, IAD, JFK and SJC. They also fly from YVR if you don't mind transiting through Canada.

Enjoy Tokyo! I used to live there and miss it nearly every day.
