Yes - You can buy alcohol at YYZ duty free before you board your flight. However, it's really only a convenience thing. You likely won't save any money compared to what you'd pay in a store in Orlando. You'll also likely be limited to one liter bottles, so if you just want a mickey you may want to wait until Florida.
