Yes the RA Americas pays out 20points/us$ for stays ++ the Ambassador Acceleator.

In Europe for IC stays I get -
2k +
1k 50% Platinum Bonus
1k 50% RA Bonus
Which is 100% bonus (compared to Platinums 50%)

So I guess same 100% made up of 50% Plat, 50% RA applies to icidental spend as well as room rates in USA
