I've got a 2-4-1 Avios.com (Lloyds credit card) voucher (WT only) plus two IHG Black visa free night certificates to use and am thinking of a weekend away in Europe next September/October.

Bearing in mind likely flight availability (and BA destinations) and where IHG have nice hotels, where do you suggest?
