The Regency Etoile is currently the worst Hyatt Regency system-wide, but at 22.5k their suites are the best value for your points, if the Park Vendome is unavailable.

Regency Madeleine and du Louvre have very small rooms as standard queen rooms, so are only recommended, in case one holds Diamond or Diamond+ status
