Hi, I am booked for LHR-JFK-IND on 9th January.

My LHR-JFK flight (AA101) is scheduled to arrive at 13:40 with the JFK-IND flight (AA AA 3202) is departing at 15:00. Apparently I arrive at T8 and depart from T8.

I have never flown through JFK before, but I am a British citizen, and always experience long queues when arriving into ORD - am I likely to experience the same at JFK? Assuming I arrive on time, is 80 mins enough time with checked baggage?
