I was told he is/was staying at the Four Seasons (but could have come to LM CM for breakfast). He and Pierce Brosnan were filming a movie called "The Coup" (crazy that they would film a movie about that in Thailand). Then the set burned down in November in a special effects accident.

Update: Amazing. They eventually managed to upgrade us to an executive suite even though it's super-high season, the hotel is sold out, and we paid with points. (They kept looking days after we inquired and had given up.)

We've been skipping the evening lounge session, but afternoon tea has some decent stuff and isn't too crowded.
