Kiosk at my WM was actually working for the first time that I've seen in probably 2 months today. I loaded one card successfully and when the second one was processing (very slowly) an employee came up and asked me what I was trying to do. When I told her I was loading my BB she told me that wasn't supposed to work at the kiosk anymore and I should keep my receipt just in case. It wound up loading fine and I'm hoping she's wrong but it did get me a little concerned.
