Lounge is on the 4th floor and is fairly big with a couch area in front of a TV then about 20 tables. The lounge is open 6 AM to 10 PM. Breakfast is 6-11 AM, evening reception 5-10 PM. Breakfast features cereal, pastries, breads, yogurt, fruit, cold cuts and six hot dishes. These include rice and beans and banana wrapped plantains, then breakfast meats with omelets made to order.

Evening reception has two rotating hot dishes (I saw a bunch of chicken things, meatballs and rice, soup etc.) and again fruit, cold cuts and bread, and some desserts. Alcohol is free and includes a bunch of the local Nicaraguan alcohols and beer. Service was amazing at all hours.

Note, when I dropped by off hours they had some peanuts and pastries out but no beverages.
