Yes, but that is still one result of a broader strategy. While ATL will likely always be the big kahuna of DL's hubs, it has lost a number of destinations to Europe and Asia since the merger, because there are more profitable ways to route that traffic. The same is true here. With two Asian gateways in the US, there is just less of a need to flow traffic over NRT.
