But it isn't just the minimum four languages, it is the length of the announcements, and their repetition.
I've had English/Japanese/Mandarin/Cantonese on KIX-HKG with both Cathay Pacific and, IIRC, ANA.

But as for length, repetitiveness and general tedium of announcements, nothing beats the US carriers, even if they are only announcing in English!
