Despite my best efforts, I could find almost nothing in the way of recent experiences renting with Sixt in Italy other than some older posts suggesting that it is franchise run and therefore not as "up to par" as some other locations. Given the age of those posts, I'm hoping they are out of date.

Had a phenomenal experience last year renting with Sixt in Germany and would like to use Sixt again in Italy in the coming months. Special thanks to Gary who really helped ensure my experience was as smooth as possible last time.

I am Platinum, FWIW.

Does anyone have any reports as to what I might expect renting from MXP as a Platinum member? How is the fleet? Any input would be appreciated. Will be renting an IDMR (w/NAV - Alfa Giulietta or similar) or EDMR (Fiat Panda or similar).
