Thanks for your help. Double checking the account I don't see any non alphanumeric characters. There is a space between two words in the nickname.
The other issue I'm having is I can't figure out how to edit a payee with the new interface.
I had a '&' in my payee nickname and I ran into the same issue. After removing it I was able to click on the 'Review' button. Click on Bill Pay -> My Payees to edit your payee nickname.
