In terms of the order of languages, I don't think there's any strict rule on planes though. Things are different as I have observed on European trains. E.g. on the Eurostar, English first while in England and vice versa. Similar observations on Swiss trains and ICE.

Although on EasyJet Switzerland between BSL (German Swiss city, airport on French soil) and Germany, only English announcements.
