Arriving at the airport by 10am will be fine. No idea how you're traveling from "downtown" (doesn't really have any meaning in Dublin) to the airport, and this will affect the travel time considerably. If you're staying in a city centre hotel and getting a cab, no more than 30min at that time of the day. If you're taking a bus to the airport from the city centre, allow 45min just in case.
