Air Asia was forever finding fault with me, once even refusing to allow me to check-in (with only carry-on) because I was 2 min past the 60min check-in dateline (pre online check-in days) when the delay was due to the check-in agent herself who was busy chatting on her mobile, and the flight itself was delayed by almost an hour ! They appeared to be trained to make life difficult for their passengers.
While the onboard service on PG and TG domestic service are mediocre, at least the seats are reasonably comfortable. Air Asia seats are very uncomfortable especially in the upright position which is almost 90 degrees vertical.
