I have Aeroplan tickets YYZ-DEN-SAN, with the DEN-SAN portions (confirmed O-class) on UA. While I know I will have MLL access in YYZ on departure (D-class), will I have RCC access in either DEN or SAN? I've checked both forums (albeit briefly) and found somewhat contradictory answers.

Unfortunately, no. O class within the U.S. is considered First class on a 2 class cabin which means you will need non-UA Star Gold status or an equivalent of RCC membership.
