Infrequent MP Silver flyer here:

Departing BCN en-route to SFO via EWR. UA now planning a refueling stop in BGR (Bangor); this will cause missed connection and delay EWR to SFO by two plus hours.

Am I able to recoup anything...bonus miles, etc?
Never happened to me before.
