What is the best visa I could expect applying in Australia?

Edit: It would actually be cheaper to apply in the US and pay all the shipping fees. I think I'm going to try for 3 years 90 days! The Hong Kong agents offered me this for about $1k. So I believe it should be possible for non-US citizens to get 3 years and 90 days. Any one have experience?
