There is a flat resort fee:

Guest will be charged a daily 31.25 USD fee. This includes toll free and credit card calls (up to 60 minutes), local calls, High Speed Internet Access, free self-parking, and daily activities including Hawaiian arts & crafts and hula lessons.

I don't know if Platinum's are excluded. You could call the resort to double check however. (808) 661-0031
