I am traveling from ICN-HKG-BKK where my first segment is Asiana business (first not avail on this route) with a 1.5 hour connection to Thai First HKG-BKK. Does having a First class Star Alliance international segment on the same day of travel allow me access to the Asiana First lounge at ICN when I start my journey? All flights are on the same calendar date. This is part of a larger USA based first class award ticket.
