According T&C, once per cardholder (lifetime). Some have gotten a bonus again applying as few as 12 months (maybe fewer) from date of account close. No guarantees.
12 months since the date of close seems to be the minimum waiting period. Others have waited 24 months but still didn't get a 2nd bonus. YMMV.
