Are there specific rules applied by the FAA to foreign airlines arriving to the US appertaining to provision of Crew Rest, or does it depend on the Airlines home country.
Reason for question is: Ms BTC's airline has removed all crew rest areas on its US flights including those of 13-15 hours. She is feeling militant but wants ammo
I would be very grateful if anyone knows the answer
The country of registration is the only one that matters. Although if the airline is based away from the aircrafts nation then sometimes those rules apply if stricter.
