I believe you get 2 full meals in all classes for both day and night flights. For the night flight its dinner + breakfast.

You can also order a light meal between the main meals; in biz class its a choice of soup noodle, croissant sandwich or cookies. Havent travelled in F on their new A380 but I would imagine it to be the same if not better.
