Yes have had it twice thus year

One was a TT flight , plane change 747 to 777-300 lost my seat selection

Other a 777 300 TT flight also ...had selected a seat
The computer said seats unavailable as flight not operated by Airnz ...not true of course
Called the call centre , seat selection was still there but just did not show on my computer!
