Can also say the Mayfair is just great. Location is perfect. Can walk to theatres and tube everywhere. I had a noisy room (not hotel's fault), and was switched no problem. (The rooms are fantastic by the way.) Also, the concierge knows the city very well -- can account for construction and events happening in the city and advises accordingly.
