ACTING PROFESSIONALLY means not putting your feet up on a table or chair, not changing a baby's diapers in the lounge in front of other guests, and not wearing robes, pajamas, or workout clothing, etc, I NEVER, repeat NEVER, said anything about having to wear formal wear or a business suit. Casual clothing is perfectly acceptable in most restaurants and therefore in a Marriott Concierge Lounge. Unless you have the warped opinion that you can't act professionally in casual clothing, I assume you would agree with what I actually said, but perhaps there is a language barrier I wasn't aware of and you didn't understand my words.
