As I often do, I'm dining with a moderate carb restriction tonight:
Tonight is an Eastern European dish my mother made up in a big pot for me to take home with me to share with my s.o. It's called "bigos" -- it has sauerkraut, pork rib meat, mushrooms, salt, pepper.
I'm going to eat some of it with toasted Atkins rye bread, a mixed green salad with blue cheese dressing, and a glass or two of Ravenswood Zinfandel.
Dessert is "Carb-smart" strawberry ice cream.
