I have seen this be a problem for two reasons:
1. I have seen people not be able to get their bag into the overhead the right way because of height and not be able to rotate it due to height. It sounds crazy but I have seen this.
2. Passenger blocks the aisle for 5 minutes trying to get their bag in.
