hi everyone, sorry I think I got the most idiotic question in this tread, but I just can't figure out. I use KVS tool for a long time, but I was looking for couple fares and wanted to try to find using this fare(ITA)

It takes me to http://www.kvstool.com/ITAQueryBuilder/

on top it says Copy-and-Paste these values into the corresponding fields in the frame below.

I put the dep. and arrival routing codes

for example:
WAS :: /F UA.WAS+SAO.KLX2G9LN for departure
SAO :: /F UA.WAS+SAO.KLX2G9LN for arrival

I keep getting No flights found.


Am I doing something wrong or just all flights are sold out and ita tool won't show them.

Again, sorry for stupid question, but I tried searching and couldn't find such stupid idea like I just had
