We're talking about an airline, not a restaurant.

With regard to your complaints, it seems that there was in fact an entertainment system but you didn't like what it offered. There were also other meals served that you said were "bearable." So you didn't starve. As far as the frozen food is concerned, the airline needs to pack food that is not going to spoil in the many hours between the time it is loaded and the time it is served. Unfortunately sometimes it is a little frozen. I've experienced that too on occasion. It's hard to get everything right when arranging to serve a few hundred people at 35000 feet. This was coach on a longhaul flight. Some trips are better than thers. Many (mst?) of us have had similar experiences.
