Always amazed at the apologists who can justify ill prepared food and indifferent/unapologetic service on a long flight. United has no shame. We know the acft is a POS. Can't they at least do their jobs properly or apologize to make up for it? There are way too many senior FA'S who don't give a hoot on both sides of this merged monster. I have had improperly prepared food issues including uncooked in C cabins twice recently. Stay away from the 747 if you can. Problem is there are some routes where you can't. You can no doubt find better service to HKG on other carriers.
