Just stayed as a gold on points. Staff put us on the only floor in the entire resort under construction with no water. Asked to be changed. Put us in a room sharing a wall with the elevators and, again, no water. Went down to VIP desk area and asked for help. Gentleman walked us out to the normal desks after finding out that we weren't diamond, but was the best employee we worked with...we asked to please be moved to a tower that had water and he made sure we got an upgrade to a junior suite (I think that is what they call them...don't really know). Anyway, the room was fine and the upgrade was appreciated. Got the breakfast vouchers and the cookies. Didn't redeem the cookies and the breakfast was fine. When we went to checkout, stood in Hilton line for 15 minutes...the lady in the green dress was more concerned with checking her cell phone rather than checking us out.

Oh yeah, no resort fee.

Bottom line: adequate rooms and facility. Lackadaisical, unimpressive and generally uncaring staff.
