Actually, clearly indicated that non 016 stock does not accrue PQD since the first announcement, so no guesswork here.

Anything under 1K will get Minor benefits, but little/ no up front seating by 2015
If are squeaking by on 1k PQD for 2014 flying year, I suspect you won't make it in 2015 flying year. Biz spending is up and The HVF benchmarks will continue to inflate to recover devaluation from the 2008 recession. If you are squeaking by PQD in 2014, it might be the time to jump ship to keep top status, with AA being the only place to land without PqD. Subject to change of course...
