I typically pack my shirts on wire hangars inside the plastic bag they come in - folding them in thirds just like this gadget, but not having to pay $25 for the "sleeve". I'm sure that will work just fine with your suit jacket as well and you can pack your trousers just folding them in half. Save your money. That said, I typically can pack a couple of suits, spare pair of shoes, shirts, etc in a standard rollaboard and travel that way for a week with no problem.
