Eagle Creek Garment Sleeve in Carry-on?

I am in a situation where I am going to be spending 3 days in New Orleans for New Years.

It involves having to wear a suit for one evening and jacket for another.

Don't want to mess with checking in luggage. I will be bringing a carry-on.

I have seen the many threads/videos on successfully packing a suit into a carry-on.

Was going to try that route until I noticed the Eagle Creek Garment Sleeve.

Was hoping someone had experience with this sleeve. Seems like a better solution than the numerous folding/rolling tricks. Of course, it's a bit more expensive.

The only bad thing I heard is that the garment sleeve is a bit short. However, several reviews have suggested that instead of using the built-in hanger handles, to pull the hangers all the way to the top of the sleeve and then tuck under. That alleviates any clothing overhang.

I did order it from Amazon. Was still hoping for some advanced reviews.

If I don't receive any responses, I'll offer up a personal review of the garment sleeve in the next week when I return from my trip.
